Project: Premier Inn Hotel London

Client: Barnes Construction

Contract Duration: 4 weeks

Scope of Works: Carbon Fibre slab strengthening for penetrations.

An office to hotel conversion in Kingston Upon Thames was the project for Barnes Construction from Suffolk. The original 1960’s concrete framed building in the town centre had quite restrictive head room between slabs. We were contacted by the clients consulting engineers to help with the transfer of loads through the slabs due to cutting of the reinforcement through drilling service holes.
