Our journey begins with the Clayton Hotel project, a testament to our expertise in complex, multi-faceted hybrid strengthening solutions. The refurbishment and conversion of the iconic Old Granada Studios into a hotel and mixed property development was a major undertaking. In collaboration with Curtin’s Engineering, we took on the challenge of preserving the building’s historical essence while upgrading its functionality for modern use. Focusing on safety and functionality, our project with the Wolverhampton Council involved the carbon fibre strengthening of service risers and penetrations for critical alarm and fire suppression systems in high-rise residential buildings.
