Project Details

Project: Column Strengthening with Carbon Fibre

Contract Duration: 2 Weeks

Scope of Work:  To significantly add capacity to the ground floor columns of this 8 storey building whilst causing minimum disruption to the live reception area and keeping the geometry of the columns as small as possible.

CCUK provided an innovate structural solution as an alternative option to traditional methods that would have been time consuming and difficult to execute due to congestion of other buildings in the surrounding area.
