Scope of Work: The former home of Saga records an epicentre of reggae music in London, the Gramophone Works is set to become a new landmark canal side commercial campus comprising a mix of refurbished and extended office spaces.
The main contractor was awarded a £25m contract to design and build this prestigious commercial redevelopment scheme. Following an extensive survey by the consultant engineers, CCUK were contracted to carry out the concrete repairs to the main frame, the central concrete-cores and its iconic hourglass shaped internal columns.
