Tyfo SCH-41 Composite using Tyfo S epoxy

Technical Description of Material

The Tyfo SCH-41(S) Composite is comprised of Tyfo S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-41 reinforcing fabric. Tyfo SCH-41 is a custom, uni-directional carbon fabric orientated in the 0°/90° direction with 644g/m2 carbon fibres. The Tyfo S Epoxy is a twocomponent epoxy matrix.

Practical applications
Tyfo SCH 41 combined with Tyfo epoxies is used to provide strength to structural members in buildings, bridges, industrial infrastructure etc.

Tyfo SCH-11 UP Composite using Tyfo S epoxy

Technical Description of Material

The Tyfo SCH 11UP(S) Composite is comprised of Tyfo S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-11UP reinforcing fabric. Tyfo SCH-11UP is a custom, uni-directional carbon fabric orientated in the 0°/90° direction with 315 g/m2 carbon fibres. The Tyfo S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix

Tyfo SCH 11UP combined with Tyfo epoxies is used to provide strength to structural members in buildings, bridges, industrial infrastructure etc.

Tyfo SEH-51 A Composite using Tyfo S epoxy

Technical Description of Material

The Tyfo SEH-51A Composite is comprised of Tyfo S Epoxy and Tyfo SEH-51A reinforcing fabric. Tyfo SEH-51A is a custom weave, uni-directional glass fabric used in the Tyfo Fibrwrap System. The glass material is orientated in the 0° direction with additional yellow glass cross fibres at 90°. Tyfo SEH 51 A combined with Tyfo epoxies is used for providing strength and ductility to structural members.

Practical applications
Tyfo SEH-51A can be used a protection material for waterfront structures and structures in aggressive environments. Tyfo 51A can also be used for Seismic Strengthening.

Tyfo WEB Composite using Tyfo S epoxy

Technical Description of Material

The Tyfo WEB(S) Composite is comprised of Tyfo S Epoxy and Tyfo WEB reinforcing fabric. Tyfo WEB is a custom 0°/90° bi-directional weave glass fabric used in the Tyfo Fibrwrap System. The glass material is orientated in both the 0°/90° direction in optimum configuration.

Practical applications
Tyfo WEB Fabric is combined with Tyfo epoxy material for leak sealing, and structural protection coatings. This lightweight reinforcement can also be used for masonry, as a reinforced coating, and finish fabric application for bridges, buildings, and other structures. Tyfo WEB can also be used for Seismic Strengthening.

Tyfo SW1-S underwater epoxy

Technical Description of Material

Tyfo SW-1S is a two-part, 100% solids epoxy formulation specifically designed for waterfront and aggressive environment applications on steel, concrete and masonry surfaces. Tyfo SW-1S can be used neat or with an aggregate, as a protective coating or repair mortar to protect against damage and erosion in splash zone areas.

Practical applications
Tyfo SW-1S is a structural protection coating used with Tyfo Structural fabrics for the strengthening and or protection of structural members in aggressive environments such as waterfront, chemical, nuclear and water treatment plants. Pipe strengthening and leak remediation/protective coatings.

Technical Description of Material

The Tyfo SCH-BCC Composite is comprised of Tyfo S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-BCC reinforcing fabric. Tyfo SCH-BCC is a custom, bi-directional carbon fabric orientated in the 45° Direction

Tyfo SCH-BCC combined with Tyfo epoxies is used to provide strength to structural members in buildings, bridges, industrial infrastructure etc.

Tyfo FC-F Fire Resistant System

Technical Description of Material

Tyfo FC/F is a two-part heat-resistant system applied in combination with the Tyfo Fibrwrap Systems. Tyfo FC is a two- component fire resistant epoxy coating specially formulated to provide an increase in the existing fire rating. Tyfo F is a one-component formulation designed to be applied over Tyfo FC. This system combined gives 2 hours of fire protection to Fibrwrap Systems.

Practical applications
The System has Underwriters Laboratories (UL) approval to display the UL symbol on the Tyfo FC materials as a UL rated system.

Tyfo UC-Strips

Technical Description of Material

Tyfo UC strips are a pultruded composite is comprising of Tyfo S Epoxy and Tyfo SCH Carbon Fibres. Tyfo UC strips are available in a variance of widths, thicknesses and strengths to meet the higher demands.

Tyfo UC strips combined with Tyfo TC epoxy is used to provide strength to structural members in buildings, bridges, industrial infrastructure etc.

Tyfo CFP (Composite Fire Protection System)

Technical Description of Material

The Tyfo CFP system consists of 3 components Tyfo VG Primer, Tyfo VG Dash Coat and Tyfo WRAFP. It is non-combustible and non-flammable material. This is used to provide higher fire ratings to structures where Fibrwrap systems are applied for strengthening. Tyfo CFP can provide up to 4 hours fire rating to structures.

Practical applications
Tyfo CFP is UL listed and conforms with British and European standards.
